Production takes place at 250,000-square-meter facilities staffed with a 600-strong QC team that conducts online transformer tests using equipment from Hewlett-Packard and Agilent. This is followed by electrical, hi-pot, vibration, EMI, salt-spray, bending, plug-in and unplug, high- and low-temperature, on/off, surge, combustion and drop tests. In our environment-friendly lab, we've brought our defect rate down to just 100ppm.
